Clear expectations before payment

Course enrollment
terms.

Effective September 1, 2026. These terms apply to the founding 2026–27 SilvermanCollege live course offerings.

Designed for a transparent family enrollment.

Please review these terms before submitting payment. Enrollment in a course confirms acceptance of the version provided with your payment instructions.

01

Enrollment and course fees

Submitting the enrollment form does not create a payment obligation. Scott will confirm course availability and send the course fee, schedule, these terms, and payment instructions for review. Enrollment is complete only after payment is received and verified. The private Zoom course invitation and calendar information will be sent within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

02

Who a family enrollment covers

One paid enrollment covers one student and up to two parents or guardians supporting that student. Zoom invitations, recording links, passcodes, and course materials are limited to the registered family and may not be forwarded to another student, household, school, organization, or advisor.

03

Live sessions and schedule changes

Published dates and instructors are subject to reasonable change. If a session must be rescheduled, enrolled families will be notified by email and sent updated calendar information. A family that cannot attend the replacement date may stream the recording during the replay-access period.

04

Recordings and replay access

Participants may attend live or stream course recordings through June 30, 2027. Recording downloads are disabled. Access is personal and nontransferable and may be withdrawn if a link or passcode is shared.

05

Recording and participant privacy

Live sessions may be recorded. A participant’s display name, voice, image, or chat message may appear if the participant chooses to use those features. Participants may keep cameras and microphones off. Private family circumstances should not be shared in a recorded group setting; Scott may answer sensitive questions outside the recorded portion or in a way that protects the family’s identity. Recordings may be edited and may not include every part of the live Q&A.

06

Course materials and permitted use

Slides, recordings, worksheets, checklists, demonstrations, and other materials are provided for the registered family’s personal educational use. Participants may not copy, download, record, reproduce, publish, sell, post, transmit, share, or redistribute the course or its materials without written permission.

07

Educational scope and no guarantees

Courses provide group education, strategy, examples, and guided exercises. They do not include individual essay or application review, personalized college-list validation, private financial-document review, tax, investment, financial, or legal advice, or unlimited individual follow-up. Admission, scholarship, financial-aid, and other outcomes are not guaranteed. Families remain responsible for verifying current requirements and performing their own due diligence.

08

Refunds and cancellations

A family may request a full refund before the first scheduled live session. After the course begins or course recordings or materials have been provided, course fees are not ordinarily refundable. If SilvermanCollege cancels the entire course, the family will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that course. If an individual session is rescheduled, the family may attend the replacement session or use the recording; families facing an exceptional circumstance may contact Scott for individual consideration.

09

Technology and respectful participation

Participants are responsible for having reliable internet access and a device capable of using Zoom and streaming recordings. Participants must communicate respectfully and avoid disrupting the learning environment or compromising another family’s privacy. Access may be limited or removed for serious or repeated violations of these terms.
